bleh ... it's a Monday
Was feeling kinda sick yesterday ... common cold symptoms of stuffy nose, etc.
Woke up this morning feeling worse, decided to call in sick to work.
That's when I found out that a water main broke in my apt complex, so I have no water at home ... which sucked, cause the only other thing I have to drink at home is Guinness. I usually drink water or go across the street for coffee.
After a bit of debate, I decided to call in sick to work anyway ... went to the convenience store and got a gallon of drinking water and some orange juice so I'd have plenty of liquids available today.
And now ... there's a jackhammer breaking concrete 2 doors down from my apartment in an effort to fix the water main problem.
This is not a good way to start off the week. *sigh*
